The service
Flov provides AI-assisted financial intelligence for e-commerce sellers, including leak detection, dispute drafting, and reporting. Features may evolve over time; we’ll notify you of material changes.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One subscription covers one business; team access may be added in future tiers.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Flov to manipulate disputes you know to be valid, to impersonate carriers, or to scrape data outside the connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disputes & carriers
Flov drafts dispute emails on your behalf. You retain final approval on every send unless you explicitly enable auto-send. Outcomes are decided by the carrier’s claims process — Flov does not guarantee a particular recovery rate.
Liability
Flov is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you have paid in the prior twelve months.
