PPrivacy Policy

What we know about you, and what we don’t.

Effective May 1, 2026

A note from the editor

This is a placeholder document. Replace with a real policy drafted by counsel before launch.

Flov is built on a simple privacy principle: we read only what we need to find leaks, and we never sell or share your data. The summary below describes the practice. Replace with counsel-drafted policy before launch.

Data we collect

Flov collects order, shipping, fee, and ad-spend data from the platforms you choose to connect. We also collect basic account information you provide on signup (email, business name). We do not access bank accounts, payment processors, or any data outside the platforms you authorize.

How we store it

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Each business operates in an isolated workspace enforced by row-level security at the database layer. Backups are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

How we use it

We use your data to detect leaks, draft dispute emails, calculate profit, and generate weekly insights. We do not sell, share, or license your data to third parties for marketing or training of any kind.

Your rights

You can request an export of your data, delete your account, or disconnect any platform at any time from in-app settings. Account deletion removes your data within 30 days.
